August 1938 Mechanix Illustrated Magazine. NICE Clown Cover helps to illustrate an article "Secrets of the Circus Engineers". Lots of other articles on aviation, hobbies, new devices and gadgets, etc. etc.  LOTS of small ads.  146 pages.   VG condition,  some edge and corner wear, some soiling on the covers. Pages are tight and clean. They have some light toning on the edges but not brittle at all.    I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system.  This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use.  Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
