1940s Celluloid Mask Face Cloth Stuffed Doll with Skirt and Bonnet 10" Rare

This Rare 1940s (possibly 1930's) Celluloid Mask Face Cloth Stuffed 10" vintage dollhas been on vacation in Hawaii so she has some discolorations on her body andclothes. She is not in perfect condition. I will try to list all theimperfections but I am not a collector or expert so please ask necessaryquestions to satisfy your purchase.
This type of doll was used as prizes at carnivals and sometimes were kits.
Celluloid mask face with painted blue eyes at a side glance with molded hair, beautiful cupid lips. her left cheek has a small worn spot.  See photos
She has a soft cloth body made of navy blue fabric with white polka dots. The removable matching skirt has a white tie ribbon and a white ricrac trim, both are discolored from age.  The bonnet is not removable and has a white tie ribbon and white ricrac trim, both are discolored from age.  see photos.
