    Product Description
SUMMARYExcellent for smoking, charcoal cooking, broiling or baking of beef, pork and poultry. All natural, gluten free and NO MSG. 1 lb. bagINGREDIENTSSugar, Salt, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Celery, Garlic, Comino.USAGE TIPSJust rub on meat and cook. Tastes like Texas. There are no rules in seasoning.RECIPECover and rub 4 Chicken Quarters with Adkins Western Style BBQ Seasoning making sure to also get the seasoning between the skin and meat. Bake or grill at 400 degrees for 30-45 min until done. Enjoy!SMOKING LEGSMarinade chicken legs for 1 to 2 hours, then season chicken the same as the recipe above. Heat your electric smoker to 250. Place half Hickory and half Mesquite wood chips into the smoker and put chicken inside. Smoke at 250 for about 2.5 hours, adding more wood at the 1.5 hour mark. Smoking chicken does not crisp the skin so if you would like to place them on the grill or in the oven for a few minutes afterward that will give the skin a nice crisp! There you have it. Test out different types of wood to adjust the flavoring; Oak, Apple, Cherry and Peach all pair well with chicken.
