Named:
On Leather case and Blade "Jno. M. Lipscomb". In my research, it seems that "Jno" stood for "John". the information I was able to find was that this may be the same person as John Miller Lipscomb (1894-1958) who served in WWI from Birmingham, Alabama (town written on Leather Case).
Measures approximately:
35" long
OVERALL
28" long
BLADE ONLY
7" long
HANDLE
5.25" long
CROSSGUARD
Condition:
Sword, Scabbard, & Leather Case have
NOT
been cleaned. Leather is cracking in areas and there are areas where the stitching has torn, so needs repair. Scabbard shows rusting in areas. Some of the Silver-looking colored areas have the coloring worn off. Blade shows darkening in areas. Scratches on Blade in areas. Blade has retained a nice shine, though! Like all Antiques, may still need cleaning and/or servicing. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as "described".

have gone up at the Post Office AND Insurance is costly + eBay now charges Sellers a 9% of Shipping Fee fee for charging the Buyer for shipping. For example, if I charge you .00 for shipping, eBay charges me 9% of .00 = .35. These eBay shipping fee's are built into my price.
If I overcharged you on Shipping, Packaging, and eBay Shipping Fee's, I am happy to refund any overage over .00 after fee's.
