Shipping Fee's INSIDE & OUTSIDE USA:
My shipping Fee's are guestimate that reflect a combination of Packaging, Insurance, and eBay Shipping Fee's. Prices have gone up at the Post Office + eBay now penalizes Sellers for charging for shipping and in turn now charges us a fee if we charged you! There is no way I could ship free--I'd end up losing money on the sale. So, unfortunately these eBay shipping fee's are built into my price. If I overcharged you on Shipping, Packaging, and eBay Shipping Fee's, I am happy to refund any overage over .00.
Shipping OUTSIDE USA:
I ship Express Mail or FEDEX or UPS, which although more expensive, allows me to TRACK & INSURE.
In some cases, Customs may hold your item and make you pay additional fee's before they release the item to you. Seller is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in any way with the sale.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and International laws.
