This is a Caprock brand lamp that is compatible with the
Aquasana AQ-UV-L330C-Lamp
and other lamps selling at a much higher price. It is not made by Aquasana. The lamp has a special base with two of the pins recessed in a slot, designed specifically for post-July 2019 "New"
AQ-UV-10C
and other UV systems made by Aquasana.
It measures about 330mm (about 12 inches), excluding the four pins on the end of the lamp.  Its peak output is at 254nm.
This lamp
WILL NOT WORK
in systems made before July 2019 that use the
AQ-UV-STD
. These require a lamp with a different end fitting with two offset pins and two pins on either side:
