    Description

    Carnival clown used as target in arcade/carnival midway to inflate balloon.  Water gun stream was aimed at clowns mouth.  Balloon would then inflate and the first balloon to pop, would win.  Vintage cement bust does not have original mechanism to inflate balloon.
