    Description

    Fresh Organic Curry Leaves or Kadhipatta, for Indian cooking. 1.25 oz contains approximately 15-20 fronds, each frond contains about 15 leaves. Total 200-250 leaves. We fill a first class mail large envelope upto 1.95 oz total weight including the envelope and two plastic bags.
    We leave them on fronds or stems so that they remain fresh.  Completely organic.  No fertilizers are used except compost and no sprays are used except sprinkler from our pristine well water. We don't wash leaves of hard water spots, dust or cobwebs. Washing  reduces the aromatics and causes accelerated spoilage during transit and subsequent refrigeration at your home.   We recommend storing leaves in a non-airtight container in the produce compartment in your fridge and washing them just before use.  A breathable tyvec bag such as the US priority/express mail envelope, that allows the air to pass through and prevents condensation, works very well.
    Sent by first class mail. Mailed on Mondays or Tuesdays so they arrive during the week.  Shipped to US only by domestic mail.
