Indian Steel Swords Damask Engraved Curved Grip Guard & Scabbard about 37inches

Showing their age through a light dusting of superficial rust on the metal decorative portions of the weapons, such as the scabbard flanges, the grip guard, and the rap cover (upper middle portion of the grip). The blades are thoroughly decorated with a beautiful Damask design.
The blades themselves are in excellent overall shape without any bends or distortions. While not razor sharp the edge is well defined as would be expected, the blades have a fuller (some call this a blood grove) both have great curvature that comes to a vicious tip by way of a double tapper. Handmade in India between 36 and 3/4 and 37 inches long. Both include scabbards. I am not a weapons expert and I do not know when they were made. The blades, each unique, have beautiful engravings in Damask style. The scabbards seem to be made of wood wrapped in black canvas to match the swords hilts.
I am selling the matching pair together for 4.00 however if you only want one I'll part with it for 9.00 ( just shoot me a text in that regard letting me know that you only want one) as it may be harder to sell just one, that way we can both feel good about the transaction.
This swords are sharp, they are not toys, and they need to be handle with proper care; a true deadly weapon from another time and culture that escapes us and a wonderful addition to any collection, to be displayed on the wall perhaps with other weapons.
