    Description

    Jalapeno makes foods special. These are great dried 1/4 inch flakes and are wonderful in sausage especially with our no melt cheddar cheese. I like to use one ounce of peppers with 10 pounds of sausage to start. So the 5 ounces will do about 50 pounds of sausage with a good taste and medium heat.   Re-hydrate the dry peppers in water for 5 to 10 minutes before adding to the sausage, I add water and all to spread the LOVE a little bit more.
