This is the rare early model differentiated by its deep red stained wooden handle and country of origin. China.
Kilgorin - Rare: Red/brown grip Sword of Darkness first production run of 1000 swords (1999-2000) KR SHIELD BLADE MARKING from 1995-2000. The first Kit Rae blade marking was a simple stamped or laser marked KR Shield Emblem.
The Dark One used Kilgroins power to bring darkness and enchantment over his enemies. It derives its strength from Neverworld! Now possesses great evil by many years of use by the Dark One! The clawed hilt is engraved with serpents and its center is a three pupiled eye. The pommel is wrought in the likeness of a horrid face, it is said to be the likeness of the dark one himself.
