Handling Time
We allow 1 business day to ship this item once payment has been received.  Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days, and this is depending on the carrier service provided.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO/DPO.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Return Policy
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy. All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were received in. This includes related materials (additional parts, manual, etc.) which must be returned in the same condition they were received.  Restocking fees may apply.  All defective/damaged orders are covered for shipment.  Everything else, the buyer will have to pay for return shipping.  If covered, you will receive a return label from us to your email on file with eBay or inside the eBay case opened.
Cancelling Orders
We try to get our customers their orders as quickly as possible.  Once we process an order, we are unable to change the shipping address or reverse the shipment from its originally intended destination.  If you do not wish to receive the order anymore after the order has been processed, you will need to make sure you refuse the package, and inform us when this takes place.  Otherwise, you will have to pay for return shipping.  The refund will take place once returned. Restocking fees will apply for buyer’s remorse returns / refused packages / incorrect address, etc
Business Days
Business days are Monday - Friday.  We are in office Monday - Friday. We check messages frequently during work hours.  If you notice a delay in response to messages during the weekend, do not worry.  We will be sure to respond on Monday when we're in office.  We also process and ship from Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped early the following week.
