This is a Caprock brand lamp that is compatible with the
STERILIGHT / Viqua S36RL
OEM lamp selling at a much higher price, but is not made by Sterilight / Viqua. The lamp has a special multi-step 4 pin base, designed specifically for systems by Sterilight, and is designed to run at 40 watts.
It measures about 843mm (about 33.25 inches), excluding the four pins on the end of the lamp.  Its peak output is at 254nm.
