Unless otherwise specifically stated, all of my capsules and herbs are shipped in a simple, hand labeled, Ziplock-style bag. This allows me to have far lower prices than I otherwise would be able to offer and prevents a huge amount of waste going to landfills.
I ship very promptly. Please make sure all information for your order is correct before checking out. Once an order is placed it can not be changed or canceled.
Returns: Item must be returned in original condition. For "buyer remorse" returns a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover a portion of the expense of shipping an item twice and the ebay, paypal or credit card fees incurred. The restocking fee will be equal to the sellers original true cost of shipping (on file with eBay in shipping label history) plus 10% of the original net sales price.
