Hunting was, according to English fashion, the favorite pleasure. We were forcing, not deer, but hares. Our pack consisted of about sixty dogs of all species, including quite a few Pugs.

Superb post-war German type hunting knife. The handle is in brown and white horn with the engraving of a deer's head. It is in good condition, no play. The blade is strong enough, we find the markings

. The scabbard is in sturdy leather, with its fastening button, in good condition without missing or tearing. This is a very beautiful hunting knife, totally original, it would be between 40-50 years old.
This superb piece can perfectly decorate your virtina or complete your collection of hunting weapons. It is a magnificent witness to the Solingen manufacture as well as to the workforce of its manufacturers, still in activity to this day.
