Magnificent Bavarian officer's sword recovered as is, in its own juice.
Wooden grip covered with gluchat or ray skin, with its filigree in place. Very beautiful blade, still shiny, with a fuller, in its own juice, quite sharp. Sheath with fastening button for the leather, covered with a shiny black paint, also in its own juice. Very beautiful and rare piece, very pleasant to hold in hand and even more to admire in the window !
Probably made at WK & C SOLINGEN (to be checked).
