Description

Up for sale is an antique Russian Honor Bravery Sword Shashka with metal scabbard. The handle inscribed on both sides “For Bravery” with enameled Cross on one side. Etched with Russian Imperial Military symbols blade is marked “Ewald Cleff Solingen”. The scabbard bears brass badge “For Fencing Battle”. The blade is showing some dark spots that probably could be removed. No blade wobbling. Please see photos as part of the description. Similar sword was sold on Christie’s auction (see last photo).
