I am no expert but all I know is these were bought in Barcelona Spain back in the 70s when my mom and dad were there
Lots of cool crazy FUN stories of us playing with them when we were kids and surprised we didn’t end up in the hospital 😂🤣🙄or maimed one of us kids 🤪🙄🤣
Check out the intricate handles and designs in the chain mail it’s just amazingly cool in the hand cup weird thing that’s pounded metal …that part is also usually missing on any any sword I’ve been researching so this is a rare item to find it with it in tact…. Couldn’t find any swords out there with that cup thing…
There is DEFINITELY WEAR AND TEAR to these !😳😳😳and they need polishing
I am no expert all I know that they are true originals ! right from Spain back in the 70s so these are authentic the very heavy
I’ve researched quite a bit but only found there was one sword and the one without the cup …lol sorry I’m no expert and I do not know the proper names for that cup ? Hand guard ? Thingy 🤔

The possibilities are endless and the Decour is top notch I am trying to find the shield that goes with it so hopefully I’ll find it … but they are as is and there’s lots of wear and tear so somebody’s gonna have to put some TLC into these and get them all shiny or maybe you like the patina just leave them the way they are 🤔? They’re just AWESOME if you’re into that stuff …we absolutely love them but it’s not our decor anymore
My Mom 🤗will love to hear the story of them getting to a good home 🥰

Either way these are a true beautiful set of swords that need a good home… I had no way of figuring out a fair start price because there was never a set of two to compare them with
