VINTAGE WAFFEN SCHMIDT FENCING SWORD / FENCING FOIL WITH PISTOL GRIP.

FOUR SIDED BLADE
ON THE TOP OF THE BLADE THERE IS A ROUND BLUNT TIP
PISTOL GRIP
RIGHT HANDED DEXTERITY
THERE ARE THREE AREAS WHERE THERE IS EMBOSSED LETTERING
Two are on the Bottom of the Blade on two different sides where one looks like the embossed lettering it reads: "MAD HUNGA" and the other looks like it reads: "MEO" or "4EO" (See Photo)
On the TOP OF THE BLADE GUARD the embossed lettering reads:  "WAFFEN SCHMIDT ~ SOLINGEN ~ ROSTFREI"  it also has a "COAT OF ARMS" EMBOSSED BY THE LETTERING (See Photos)
UNDER THE BLADE GUARD THERE IS SOME RED FELT LIKE MATERIAL GLUED TO IT(See Photos)
There is some rust on the steel sword blade.
The round hand guard has some scratches on the top.  The round hand guard looks like it has been bent so it is not perfectly round.
The sword blade does not look perfectly straight.  It looks like it has a slight bend in the middle.
